Puducherry (Tamil: புதுச்சேரி / புதுவை) is a Union Territory of India. It is a former French colony, consisting of four non-contiguous enclaves, or districts, and named for the largest, Puducherry. In September 2006, the territory changed its official name from Pondicherry to the vernacular original, Puducherry, which means "new village" in the Tamil language.

Colors.
A picture you won't see too often. I hate to shoot and show sad things about India.
This was taken in Pondichéry, a very nice place, somewhat richer than Tamil Nadu. It brings a lot of people there who believe they can make more money and end up in the street.
Taken in front of the Indian coffe house, a very good and very cheap restaurant.
